MAINTENANCE

Ongoing maintenance of the training offering is necessary to ensure coverage and the ability to continually deliver quality courses.  We provide the specifications necessary, which include:

• Target participants, testing results and management of turnover coverage
• Instructor list with preferred modules and historical instructor ratings
• Course satisfaction results
• Communication to instructors and managers of participants regarding course results
• Re-training of new SME’s to replace/add to available instructor pool.
