SERVICES

Level Four International (LFI) will create a risk management training protocol for each client that utilizes the key, proven elements for participant learning and maximum impact on the management skill set.  The approach is not one to encourage ongoing consultancy expense and dependence, but rather to leave the client with a self administered process and ongoing measurement mechanism that ensures permanent dedication to sound risk management principles.  Materials have been developed through a combination of proven principles complemented by internal management results and examples, thereby personalizing the training to the specific institution.  This leaves the organization with a program that is wholly owned and internally self sufficient, to be run entirely by in-house subject matter experts after handoff.  Topics include:

• Consumer Credit, basic and advanced
• Collections Management
• New Hire Collector Training
• Specific product training as necessary, for Credit Cards, Mortgages, Autos
• Back office processing for high volume environments
• Train the Trainer sessions to improve presentation and interactive teaching skills of internal subject matter experts.
