SERVICES

Level Four International (LFI) will create a risk management training protocol for each client that utilizes the key, proven elements for participant learning and maximum impact on the management skill set.  The approach can leave the client with a self administered training discipline that ensures permanent dedication to sound risk management principles.  LFI also offers ongoing support for course administration and material updates.

Materials have been developed through a combination of proven principles complemented by internal management results and examples, personalizing training to the specific institution.  This leaves the organization with a program that is customized to their experiences and leverages in-house subject matter experts.  Topics include:

• Consumer Credit, basic and advanced
• Collections Management
• New Hire Collector Training
• Specific product training as necessary, for Credit Cards, Mortgages, Autos
• Back office processing for high volume environments
