The course begins with presentation techniques, proceeds to adult learning skills, and finally makes a transition to interactive teaching techniques designed to maximize audience participation. Tools include:
- Pre-
course adult learning survey completed by each participant - Course materials designed to quickly transition skill set
- Films of each participant, three in all with on-
site debriefing - Post course DVD of results.

- Handouts emphasizing presentation levels, characteristics of highly effective adult learning programs and other materials relevant to the client.
